Is there a room block and for what Hotel?

When do I have to book a room by if I want the block discount?
30 days before wedding

From I-65 take Franklin exit 2,
Continue North towards Franklin onto Nashville Rd/ 31W for 1 mile,
Take a right onto Peden Mill Rd,
In one mile turn left onto Kenny Perry Drive,
The Arling will be on the left in 0.6 miles

Will the ceremony take place outside?
Weather permitting, the wedding ceremony will take place outdoors with an indoor/outdoor reception to follow.
Will a meal be served at reception?
In lieu of a formal sit down dinner, we will be hosting a cocktail style reception with heavy hors d'oeuvre stations and drinks.
Will there be transportation offered after reception?
Yes, there will be a free trolly available to all guest staying in the near by hotels.
